2022 Holiday Fest!

There’s always something new and different in Poultney, especially during the holiday season.  Santa arrives on December 3rd, 2022:  we’ll let the Poultney Public Library tell you more about that.   He’ll be back at the Methodist Church in Poultney on Saturday morning, December 10th, 2022, for Breakfast With Santa, organized by the Poultney Women’s Club.   On Sunday, December 18th, the Poultney-Granville Band will present their traditional Holiday Concert, date and time to be announced.

And on Saturday, December 17th, 2022, from 4 PM to 7 PM, is our new event: HolidayFest!  There will be lights, and action, vendors and kid’s events, food and fun.  There might even be a special visit from one of your favorite holiday characters!   Which one?  Well, keep guessing!

There are lots of ways to get there:  walk, bicycle, cars, and maybe even snowmobiles if we have the right weather!  But any way you can, come to the Rail Trail where it crosses Main Street in Poultney from 4 PM to 7 PM, and you’ll find something for everyone to do.  Activities already planned for the area between The Original Vermont Store and Reclaimed, and who know how big this event will be.

The Poultney Area Chamber of Commerce urges Poultney businesses and organizations to make plans to participate in HolidayFest!  Make sure the decorations are fresh, your stocking stuffers are ready, refreshments out if you can, and you let everyone know that you’ll have extended hours that evening.   This is an evening to have a good time with all your customers, friends, and neighbors.  Please contact Nicole for more information.

Just remember to mark the date:  Saturday, December 17th, 2022 from 4 PM to 7 PM, in downtown Poultney, for a fun evening for all.

The Poultney Area Chamber of Commerce is an independent non-profit organization whose purpose is to guide, inspire and promote the best interests of the business and professional groups in  the Poultney area, and to enhance the economic, cultural, educational, and recreational opportunities of its citizens.
