On Wednesday January 15 th the Board of the Poultney Area Chamber of Commerce (PACC) came together for its annual meeting and installation ceremony. The purpose for this annual meeting was to recognize those who have completed a year of service, remind those who will serve in the next year of their responsibilities and bring a renewed sense of purpose to the chamber officers, board and members for the new year.
Chamber member Carolynn Stellatella did the swearing in of officers. The officers sworn in for a second year of service are Elizabeth Ayers as President, Sheryl Porrier as Vice President and Carol Stierl as Treasurer. Kristin Bossard was sworn in for the position of Secretary.
As President, Elizabeth Ayers swore in the new Board of Directors: Carrie Hurlburt, Leah Romine, Siobhan Peters, Nancy Kaplan, Julie Fedler and Nichole Arbuckle.
The ceremony was followed by a time of fellowship with pizza provided by our Citizen of the Year Dick Gray! We’re off to a great start to a new year together.
