The Lyle family brings a labor of love to Poultney, a new family business called Ginger Pottery Studio. The Lyle girls, including Mom and Dad were given a chance to purchase a pottery/ceramics business and decided to take the leap. It wasn’t just a business launch, it was a shared dream. They wanted to create a business they could all be a part of.
Pottery and ceramics are about slowing down and connecting with the process. Ginger Pottery is a welcoming place where people and children of all ages can be creative, make mistakes, learn, and leave with something they are proud of. They believe that everyone should have a place to make something with their own hands. You don’t need to be an artist to love pottery.
All are welcome, whether you go to create something as a gift, that isn’t from a big box store, or just want to escape your phone for a few hours. There is no pressure, no perfection required, just a welcoming space to make something with your own hands and creativity. You may pick your project from hundreds of molds in stock. They have plenty of different sizes, designs, even vintage and holiday themed molds.
The Ginger Pottery Studio is located on 93 Wilson Ave. Ext. in Poultney, VT. Check out their Facebook Link for hours and upcoming events. You may also call and set up an appointment to plan your own event at 802.287.0744. They have a great space available.
Welcome Ginger Pottery! Thank you for sharing your dream with Poultney.
