All PACC members and other businesses and organizations in Poultney are invited to participate.  Williams Hardware offers 25 percent off all non-sale items that fit into their recyclable bag.  The Original Vermont Store has offered the same; other businesses choose what’s best for them.  Chamber organizes publicity, but others are also encouraged to do their own individual advertising.
