About Poultney Veterinary Hospital

Poultney Veterinary Hospital offers high quality, compassionate, veterinary medical and surgical services as well as limited emergency services, during our hours of operation. We are able to offer most diagnostics (bloodwork/digital xrays/urinalysis) here but also work closely with local referral hospitals for more complex health issues. The hospital is open 8-5 M-T and 8-12 on Saturday and is located in downtown Poultney near the high school. Please call (802)287-9292 for an appointment – emails are only checked sporadically throughout the day. After-hours emergencies are referred to BEVS in Burlington, VT or Capital District Vets in Latham, NY (both are about 90 minutes from Poultney).
